About the project
Unity for Peace and for a Better Future is a training course designed to strengthen youth workers' conflict management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills. The project focuses on preparing participants to interact effectively with refugees, immigrants, minorities, and diverse groups. Participants will learn to manage the challenges and misunderstandings that arise in multicultural communities, use emotional intelligence to transform differences into strengths, and promote conflict prevention and peaceful coexistence.
